Pre-launch terms: these product-specific draft terms require Australian legal, consumer-claims and refund review before any paid production use. They are not legal advice.

Terms

Terms of use

Draft status · no effective date set

1. Parties and eligibility

These draft terms would apply between the account user and IzyBoard. The beta is for authorised Australian freelance and microbusiness users with one supported Telstra account, mobile and/or fixed internet, AUD, English documents and no more than 20 service lines. It excludes personal/household, bespoke enterprise, fleet, wholesale and unsupported-jurisdiction cases.

2. The service

The service compares explicit values in documents supplied by the user. It can classify a tested item as a match, documented variance, potential discrepancy, needs documentation or unmatched document. It does not access carrier systems, send provider complaints, negotiate bills, pay invoices or determine whether a contract term legally prevails.

3. No overcharge or outcome guarantee

A candidate area or document difference is not a conclusion that a provider overcharged, breached a contract or owes a credit or refund. A match applies only to tested fields and does not certify an entire bill. Missing agreements, change notices, credits, prorating or provider records may explain a result. Users must review the report and contact the provider themselves.

4. Not legal, tax or financial advice

The product provides document comparison and arithmetic, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It does not decide TCP Code coverage, GST credit eligibility, complaint limitation periods, damages or remedies. For unresolved eligible complaints, users may consider the free Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman process after contacting the provider.

5. User authority and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate scope information, keep credentials secure and upload only records they are authorised to process. Do not upload another person's account without permission, malware, unlawful content, complex call-detail records, credentials, or files designed to evade limits. Do not probe other accounts, automate bulk fixture uploads or attempt to access quarantined storage.

6. Extraction limitations

The current credential-free adapter processes only byte-exact synthetic fixtures generated by this repository. Other valid files safely receive review-required status because production OCR, antivirus and durable object storage are not connected. This abstention is intentional and is not a promise of manual review time or report delivery.

7. Free and detailed results

The free result reveals aggregate readiness, coverage and candidate-area bands only. It does not reveal provider, invoice identifier, exact line, amount, page, source evidence or enquiry draft. A paid/test entitlement unlocks the report snapshot for that case only. A report can contain only matches or limitations; purchase does not guarantee a discrepancy or saving.

8. Beta pricing and payments

Displayed hypotheses are A$49 GST-inclusive for up to five service lines and A$99 GST-inclusive for six to twenty, as a one-off report price. This MVP defaults to disabled checkout, supports non-production demo unlock, and rejects live Stripe keys/Prices. Final receipts, refunds, taxes, failed-payment and consumer-guarantee language must be reviewed before paid launch. A technical failure to deliver the promised report should have a documented refund process before production.

9. Files, reports and retention

Users retain rights in their supplied records and grant only the limited permission needed to store, secure, extract, compare, export and delete them. Retention follows the configured periods described in the privacy notice. Users can delete a case immediately. Backups, restore behavior and production storage are not represented by the local adapter and must be documented before launch.

10. Availability and beta risk

No SLA, continuous monitoring or managed review service is offered by this repository. Processing can fail or abstain. Do not rely on the product as the only copy of a bill, agreement, deadline or complaint record. Have counsel draft enforceable warranty, liability, mandatory-rights and indemnity terms for the actual operator.

11. Provider independence

The service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telstra, ACMA or the TIO. Provider names identify the supported document pack and must not be used to imply official support.

12. Governing terms and contact

Configured jurisdiction: Australia. Final governing law, disputes, notices, assignment, severability and mandatory-rights wording must be supplied by counsel. Questions can be sent to info@izyboard.com.
